The Role
As an Associate in this team, you’ll handle:
✔️ Complex healthcare litigation
✔️ Coroner’s inquests & Court of Protection cases
✔️ Medical malpractice & professional liability matters
✔️ Regulatory defence & advisory work
What You Need:
🔹 1+ years’ PQE in clinical negligence, medical malpractice, or healthcare law
🔹 Strong legal acumen with experience in litigation and regulatory work
