Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-7 years’ PQE in employment law within a commercial practice
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in complex employment tribunal cases, cross-border issues, restructuring, and senior executive matters
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
