Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-7 years’ PQE in employment law within a commercial practice
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in complex employment tribunal cases, cross-border issues, restructuring, and senior executive matters
- Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
