About the Role

As a Paralegal in the Real Estate team, you’ll assist with a wide range of property matters, including drafting and negotiating legal documents, managing client files, conducting legal research, and supporting senior lawyers on complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist partners and associates with legal tasks, ensuring objectives are met.
• Manage client files in accordance with firm guidelines and compliance regulations.
• Draft and negotiate legal documentation such as contracts, leases, licences, and land registry forms.
• Analyse and interpret legal documents to provide accurate client advice.
• Handle day-to-day case management, coordinating documentation and liaising with clients and external parties.
• Attend meetings and telephone conferences, preparing follow-up action points and attendance notes.
• Conduct legal research and draft correspondence for clients and third parties.
• Assist in preparing precedent documents and updating legal matter files.
• Research and write articles and blog posts for marketing and thought leadership purposes.
