My Recruitment Pal was created with a single ambition: to think differently about everyday recruitment. If you want a friendly, personal and professional service from people who really understand you — as a candidate or as a business — then we'd love to help.

Most agencies measure success in CVs sent. We measure it in careers built, relationships kept, and partners who keep coming back. That means slower starts, deeper conversations, and a willingness to tell you the honest answer when it isn't the one you want to hear.

We focus exclusively on legal recruitment — for now. We've chosen depth over breadth because that's where we add the most value. Other sectors will follow only when we have the right people to lead them.

We work nationally with a local touch, partner with firms across the UK and internationally, and combine the best of digital reach with traditional recruitment craft. We never pester. We never send your CV without permission. And we never forget who we're here to serve.
