Who we're
looking for

5–10 years PQE with a proven leasehold disputes track record acting for both freehold landlords and leaseholders. Strong technical grounding in service charge recovery, breach of covenant, and forfeiture work. A client following or reliable referral sources, with demonstrated ability to maintain and develop new work, is advantageous. Enfranchisement experience is a bonus but not essential. Candidates local to Sussex or operating on a remote-first basis preferred.
Why this role

Why this role
stands out

A settled and growing area of law unaffected by recent enfranchisement reform; Building Safety Act work has expanded the caseload. A dedicated specialist seat with immediate full caseload responsibility and the opportunity to develop both a technical practice and a client base, with strong internal support and a steady flow of work from the firm's wider property practice. Remote-first working is welcomed.
