Join the Middle East Banking & Finance practice of a leading international law firm, advising clients across the region on banking, finance and restructuring matters. The role sits within one of the team's core and most strategically important Finance practices in Dubai and the wider GCC.
You will advise on a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions across leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending. You will support transactions throughout the full lifecycle, from structuring and documentation through to execution and closing, working directly with lenders, sponsors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates.
The practice is market-leading across the region, with exposure to transactions spanning Real Estate, Energy, Infrastructure, Industrials and Financial Services. You will contribute to the continued growth and success of the Finance practice in the Middle East, with strong career progression in a high-performing team environment.
Day to day
What you'll
be doing.
01
Advise on a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions across leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending

Support transactions throughout the full lifecycle — from structuring and documentation through to execution and closing

Draft and review financing documentation and assist with negotiation of key transaction terms
04
Conduct due diligence and support deal structuring across complex financing matters
05
Work directly with lenders, sponsors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates
06
Collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate and projects to deliver integrated client solutions
07
Gain exposure to market-leading transactions across Real Estate, Energy, Infrastructure, Industrials and Financial Services
08
Take early responsibility with direct client exposure in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
Candidate profile
Who we're
looking for.

At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance law, ideally from a leading firm
ii
Strong technical legal knowledge with the ability to provide clear, practical advice
iii
Experience in transactional finance, with exposure to restructuring matters advantageous
iv
Strong drafting skills and confidence in preparing effective, client-focused documentation
v
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong client service mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness

Proactive, resilient and enthusiastic approach to work
