A leading Leeds based law firm is seeking a Planning Associate to join one of the largest specialist Planning and Environment teams outside of London.

The role offers exposure to major infrastructure, energy and strategic residential projects, working with major housebuilders, developers in the industrial, logistics and residential fields, and infrastructure providers. The team is top ranked and growing, offering the largest single site Planning practice outside of London.

Advising major housebuilders, developers and infrastructure providers on planning matters.

Working on large scale residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Providing tactical advice on major infrastructure, energy and strategic residential projects.

Supporting partners across the Planning and Environment team on complex mandates.
Candidate profile

Who we're
looking for.

Specialist Planning Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
ii
Keen interest in major infrastructure, energy and strategic residential projects.
iii
Ambitious and looking to progress in a top ranked, growing Planning team.
