Join a market-leading Employment team led by a Band 1 Chambers & Partners ranked partner, with over 45 employment specialists across the country. The team provides specialist employment law and HR advisory services to a wide range of companies, from PLCs to SMEs, as well as advising senior executives and professionals across all aspects of the employment relationship.
A number of the team's offices are ranked in the top tier for employment in the Legal 500 and Top Ranked by Chambers & Partners, with many lawyers recognised as recommended lawyers and leading individuals. The team benefits from a dedicated Professional Skills Employment Lawyer who supports business development, technical training and complex employment law matters, and a specialist in-house Counsel to support excellent client advice and care.
Following significant growth (circa 45% over the past 4 years), the team is now seeking a Director or Partner level employment lawyer to join a friendly and dynamic team. You can be based from any of the firm's 13 UK offices. The team continues to experience rapid growth, so this role would suit someone looking to get involved in business development and shaping future strategy.
Day to day
What you'll
be doing.

Lead and grow part of a market-leading national employment law team
02
Advise on the full spectrum of employment matters: disciplinary and grievance, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructures

Provide strategic advice to senior management teams and boards

Advise senior executives and professionals on all aspects of the employment relationship

Deliver timely responses and pragmatic, cost-effective solutions to clients ranging from PLCs to SMEs

Drive business development and contribute to shaping the team's future strategy
07
Manage and develop a client following or referral network
08
Collaborate with the dedicated Professional Skills Employment Lawyer and in-house Counsel on complex matters and team development
