Overview
Join a highly regarded employment practice with a balanced mix of contentious and non-contentious work. You’ll handle tribunal matters, policies, restructurings and deliver HR training with strong partner support.
Responsibilities
- Advise on contracts, policies, disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE, settlement agreements.
- Manage tribunal files (draft pleadings, witness statements, evidence, advocacy support).
- Deliver HR training and contribute to client updates/webinars.
- Work on business development with partners; maintain high client service standards.
Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor, 3–5 PQE in employment law (contentious + advisory).
- Strong drafting, advocacy support, and client-facing skills.
- Commercial mindset; confident communicating complex issues clearly.
